Mohit Kumar Sharma is Director & Co-Head – India Retail Sales for Franklin Templeton. He is responsible for the sales function and provides strategic direction to the sales team.

He has over two decades of experience in the financial services sector, most of it in the asset management industry. He has worked across geographies and remained instrumental in executing various initiatives for Franklin Templeton across different roles during his tenure spanning over 28 years. He is known for his in-depth knowledge of personal finance and his impactful interactive style of presentations. He has been recognized as ‘Best Presenter & speaker’ by internal and external organizations.

Mohit has bachelor’s degree in commerce from Lucknow University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Institute of Productivity and Management, Lucknow. Mohit has also undergone various International and National training on the Investment Psychology, Behavioural Finance, and distribution Management.
